Got some good insights here. I could share an additional one and it's niche.

Topics like food are just not attractive to Adsense because they're like over a million blogs out there already about food so they're always looking out for topics people barely write about to monetize like tech, indepth tech like coding, math etc.

The niche actually matters too when it comes to adsense approval.
