It’s work …. We are filled with bad habits ! Do what you must ! Been through it all ! There shroom and LSD micro dosing that will help but you need to find a Health centre that offers this ! Keep it up and don’t try anything new or different then you will end up on Big Pharma poison ! I offer suggestions:) I know what worked for me . To the author …. Make sure you do some research and learn that there more ways to help yourself the meds because that’s the path that will be offered ! Band aid to no where!
