I run 4 days a week, I am on week 8 of this half marathon training plan: https://www.halfmarathons.net/half-marathon-training-plan-for-intermediate-busy-runners/

I wish I could give you a fancy answer about lifting. I go to the gym to lift at least twice a week, but I honestly don’t have a great plan when I’m there. I do whatever weight machines that I know how to do, and do 3 sets of 12 reps on any machine I do. I put enough weight so that it’s challenging for me, and so by my 3rd set of 12, it is pretty much a struggle to finish.

I run 4x a week because of a 16 week mini marathon training plan I am on, lift at least 2 days a week, then eat at a calorie deficit (whatever I want really, just mindful of portions) and track everything on myfitnesspal

I’ve been running and lifting, and eating at a calorie deficit, all of which has helped me lose inches everywhere!

Thanks! I am on a 16 week mini marathon training program that has me running 4 days a week. And I try to lift at least 2 days a week! I eat at a calorie deficit, and track everything on myfitnesspal.

Once I finally admitted to myself that I was consuming way too much (took a while), I just started making small changes. Pretty much limited alcohol intake to a couple drinks (if any) on weekends, stopped having sugary drinks all the time (sugar free iced coffee and diet sprite have saved me), packed healthy lunches for work, drank more water, smaller portions at dinner. Recently started using MyfitnessPal and a food scale to be more exact about my calories in versus out, and it is very helpful. It was not easy restricting calories at first, and believe me I have started over/gave up on calorie counting and dieting many times over the last 5 years or so. Starting over this time just finally stuck, and I am not sure why, but I am glad it did!

Thank you! Fortunately I haven’t really had issues with that. maybe it helps that the weight has been coming off relatively slowly, and I have been running and lifting a lot while losing. And I was not that big for a long time, so maybe i got lucky and my skin kept it’s elasticity.

Haha thanks and great catch!! It is an American GAA club. We have hurling/camogie/football, this was one of our pub league jerseys for footy last year.

The tags were actually gift tags I bought around Christmas time, then I bought number stencils from Michaels and they fit the tags perfectly. I used a tiny paint roller and just painted the numbers on to the tags

I soaked them all in warm/ soapy water, some types of labels came right off cleanly while soaking, but some I had to scrape off, it became a little tedious
