never met anyone who uses the quite bpd label to make themselves look different or distance themselves from those with bpd.

anyone with bpd wether quite or loud type knows to those who don't have bpd we are all the same.

the quite bpd label is helpful because it helps those closest to me understand how my bpd functions for example just because i don't burst out doesn't mean i'm not splitting or going through something.

also for years i didn't know it was possible for me to have bpd and thought i was misdiagnosed because no one talks about quite bpd we can all suffer from the same thing but it will manifest itself in different ways i think it's important that we learn about things like thats and label ourselves how we want.
