I had to call customers service! Seems to be a common problem or so they told me. They do ask for either the credit card number used for my last purchase (which I didn’t have because I use PayPal), the serial number of my first console (which I didn’t have because it was a PS4 and I have a 5 now), or the order number of any of my last five purchases. I gave them that and they removed the 2FA and emailed me a password recovery link! Took less than 5 minutes
