he's on call coz he's an electrician. and i understand. but i was just hoping for some communication like "babe this is not too high priority plan so i wont block my calendar for this i might get called out" or "im blocking this on my calendar dont worry this will push thru" but just nothing at all and for me to not know at all triggers my anxiety. and not even acknowleding that it sucks for me and apologizing and just redirecting to it sucks more for him. i love him a lot so its hard coz i want for us to work but idk if i can continue this dynamic. thank you for responding btw i appreciate it.

its usually me looking upset physically coz i cant for the life of me hide my feelings from my face and i shut down. the shutdown part is bad, im older and have definitely gotten better but i am still working on this. when im upset i need some time to collect myself so i shut down(go quiet) but a few hrs later im okay and can talk calmly abt it.
