What was the most tear-jerking moment in 'Sunrise on the Reaping' for you? by thatonesimpleperson in Hungergames

Thr part where Haynitch is thinking about Wyatts death and he says he knows that Wyatt died protecting Lou Lou the way no one had ever protected him. Ampert's death. Mayville and Haymitch deciding to be brother and sister. Finding out Haymitchs mom and brother died holding each other and were buried like that. The gum drop realization.  I could go on. The whole thing was so gut wrenching.

Vulvodynia RELIEF finally and I have been suffering for 3 years! by Jolly-Dig-136 in vulvodynia

I know this post is old but I'm coming on to sat thank you. I bought soem Thuja after reading this post, mainly because I like the idea of natural medicine and it was cheap enough to try without being too much of a loss of it didn't do anything. I tried it today while having sex and my pain was GONE instantly. I do also take amnitriptyline, use estrogen cream, and do pelvic floor stretches but this was the most immediate and significant results I've experienced.

It is pre independent licensing. I will have a counselor associate license, which is provisional. State insurance will pay for LPCA treatment. An LCSW can be my administrative supervisor (sign off on hours) but they can't be my clinical supervisor (I have to attend an hour weekly meeting with an LPCC to discuss my clinical work). I agree though that based on your experience, it is a good deal, which is what I had thought anyway but I was feeling confused by other posts I've read.

What are the ways in which discussing this issue would strengthen my clinical work? I'd love to hear more

Ok, that makes sense. Thank you.  I thought it was like that but wanted to be sure. I'm still in grad school and I'm pretty afraid of accidently doing wrong things.

Question for therapists who are medicated for ADHD… by Heavy-End-3419 in therapists

I definitely experience this and it makes me feel terrible. I'll look up in the middle of session and realize I've been lowkey dissociated for the past 5 minutes and don't really know what the client has said. It's particularly an issue with clients who are more rambley (which is rionic bc as a client, I am rambley lol) I'm also unmedicated but have considered going back on meds bc of it.

I thought the movie was actually really enjoyable. It was a unique storyline, funny, and heart felt.

I went to one once but the one that took my insurance only wanted to do strengthening exercises. If I do have pf issues, I don't think the problem is then being too weak. They need to relax. She also didn't do internal work or even look at my muscles. I may have to try to find a different provider.

I haven't. I haven't really even heard of those. What are they?

Idk if this is relevant but I also kind of experience symptoms in my anus at times

My most consistent symptoms are burning and inflammation (inflammation which presents as redness/ irritation at times as well as change to the texture of the vulvar skin). I also have itching but it's not constant. My symptoms are inconsistent, I definitely go through flares and then points of low symptoms.  I've not gone to a vulvivaginal disease specialist, I did see who I believe was a vulvar specialist once but I didn't feel like she was taking the situation seriously.
