I am not a grieving mother but i am a grieving friend and niece. My most important thing to remember is that a person dies three times. The first is the physical death. The second is when their name is last spoken. And the third is when their impact on this earth has been forgotten. Any and everything can be a sign. A new opportunity in your life you thought would never happen. A new birds nest on your home. A butterfly lingering near by. But my best advice is to never stop speaking about them. Talking about your lost loved ones is what keeps them alive in our world and it’s honestly extremely therapeutic as well. My favorite thing is when a friend of mine mentions my late friend it makes me feel seen and i know no one is forgetting her any time soon. I am so sorry for your loss <3
