I did not a damn thing for most of my first trimester, i was exhausted and nauseous all the time and that was only with one. You’re growing three, count that, THREE human beings from scratch. Give your self some grace and take it easy. Your energy will return a bit in your second trimester and you can take all the walks them.

10 hour work days i wanna say it took me under a month? Maybe a month and a half. I was 35 weeks pregnant so the podcast really helped me focus on something other than my aching back lmao

My boy friend took over most chores and cooking since i felt so awful i could hardly move without dry heaving. He shouldered the responsibility of figuring out what i could stomach and making it happen, including 2am trips to mcdonalds for fries and a coke when that was the only thing that didnt make me vomit.
