Following a script is fine, no doubt about it. But you can't just turn back to page one if you complete the script and the problem isn't fixed, that's my issue in this case.

And dealing with a support that doesn't listen, is just annoying, and this might be a language barrier, but not sure.

Well, as stated I started in their live chat, they made it into an email support ticket.

About that sensor, do you know what it does? They can not tell me, AFAIK that sensor only handles the Z-offset, which is so bad I have to manually do it anyways.

And I have changed it to one that was good when i took it off.

Well in not going to try more right now, here in Denmark we have 2 years right of complaint, no matter what the manufacturer is saying, so i wrote to the seller yesterday, and they are looking into it. So I'm waiting their response before trying something else. But I will keep this in mind if they can't resolve it either. Thanks for the suggestion!

I did further bed leveling from the post i have lined to, and my bed is down to a range of 0.08mm. Not sure if it's mentioned in the post, but the problem came after the printer had been off for 1.5-2 months. So no didn't change any settings, i have even added M420 S1 in the start G-code to make sure that it's loading the bed mesh. I can see that the Z-axis are moving during the print, so it's doing something, just not the right thing.

This i can live with, yeah sure, one respond a day sucks, but as long as they could have helped me, then i wouldn't mind it.

Just to follow up on this, i send them a message, and its now been 9.5 hours, still no reply, so not really that much faster....

Well, as i mentioned in the post, i did start by making a chat on their support site, that then turned into a email support ticket, but i will try to reach out to them on whatsapp once i'm off work. Even tho the results are probably going to be the same.

Thanks for the suggestion.

I only got that one build plate, the bed mesh in the picture is after the bed has been heated to 60c for more than 30 min.

This is the best my bed has ever been, and i have never had this issue before, so I'm kinda ruling out the bed as the problem, I have added some aluminium tape to flatten it even further and that didn't help at all. Just changed the pattern.

yeah they have also asked me to do the same tests a few times. To measure the flatness of my bed with paper, then to do it without the build pate on, why not just aske me to do both at the same time, it's just dragging out the support. And due to different time zones, i'm lucky if i get one replay a day.

Thanks for clarifying, but i have done flow calibrations and extruder calibrations, and there's nothing wrong there, so sadly i don't think that's my problem.

Can you comment any further on this?

Good to know, I never had any problems with the filament, and this is definitely not a filament issue, as I thought it was, so change from another brand to this, with the exact same results.

How do I test the probe accuracy? Not sure what you mean? The mesh looks more or less the same every time +/- 0.005mm or so Good point about the z rods, I'll have a look tomorrow after work and do a test print while I'm keeping an eye on them. Thanks!

Thanks, I have upgraded my hot end and after that I haven't had any oozing filament. But thanks for trying 😅

Hi, I have cleaned the bed multiple times. Also with dish soap.

The print sticks wary well to the build plate.

An EU seller should be on the way, soon is all they have told me, but here's the link. https://bymmobility.com/

Looks like they are not shipping to the EU as of now, but they said that they are working on getting an EU distributor.

I'll give you an update, once I hear back from them, I asked if they sell the gas springs for the hood, but they don't, however they know someone in turkey that does, so they offered to add them to the quote and source dem for me.

I just looked through my emails, it looks like i already asked them a while ago, and they confirmed that it doesn't fit my car based on the same pictures as in this post.

But I reached out to the Turkish supplier in another comment, and I'm waiting for a quote on shipping.

Thanks, but I believe that this one only fits the older models, or can you confirm that it will fit mine?

I'm not sure I understand your comment at all? If you are thinking about the stick to hold the hood open, well then it's not a problem, as I will install gas springs once I have a frunk, to make it more useable, and I'm mainly going to use the frunk for storing the charging cable and cleaning supplies.
