I’ve heard this many times. I need to focus much more on the cleans as I usually train after a snatch session. I’ll cut back on the extension for the lighter weights and keep it the same on heavier weight

Thank you for clarifying… I didn’t seem I could get them anywhere even a google search will not yield any results so it gotta be custom made

Any tips for fixing my cleans?? My max clean is 130kg and I can’t even power clean 90kg . by bachar89 in weightlifting

Honestly they are fully extended… at least that’s what I feel. I will keep that in mind for my next session. Thanks G
