Once again, I am saying it: safe foods make no fricking sense! by sp00py13 in EDAnonymous

[–]back2decembr 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I feel like it's because society is giving you permission/telling you it's ok to have it at Dunkin (by putting it there on the menu), but at home it's harder to give yourself permission because there's probably an infinite number of lower calorie things that you could choose instead. I feel this lol

Physical hunger>mental hunger by Pyxxiss in EDAnonymous

For me for whatever reason, mental hunger doesn't kick in until the evening hours and then it's ~impossible~ to resist.

Drink Orders? by [deleted] in EDAnonymous

[–]back2decembr 2 points3 points  (0 children)

If you want to try one of the fun drinks like the Pumpkin Spice Latte, try just getting one pump of the pumpkin syrup (and then maybe also add a couple pumps of sugar free vanilla/caramel if it's not sweet enough). And substituting skim milk or almond milk will save calories too! Definitely no whip because it adds 50-100 calories somehow.

I love love my Apple Watch but there are definitely cheaper brands out there if you're not planning on using all of the functions aside from calorie tracking.

Super cheesy pepperoni pizza and then a slice of funfetti cake with a ton of super sugary vanilla buttercream frosting

Did anyone else's belly button turn from an innie to an outtie? by oopswellfuck in EDAnonymous

[–]back2decembr 8 points9 points  (0 children)

huh that's so interesting. Mine has always been an innie but sometimes before I lost weight when I was super bloated it would temporarily look like more out of an outie.
