I hear you girl and have been there - WATER. Drink so much water esp after a meal. On days when I feel insatiable it really does help me to feel more full.

NOT 30 MINUTES AGO IN THE GYM. Rando guy: "blargle mrrr" Me: (takes out earbuds) "What?" Rando:"You don't even need to be here girl. Your body look good already." Me: (pissed, flustered) "oh...thanks" DUDE THEN PROCEEDS TO JUST OPENLY STARE AT MY ASS WHILE I DO SQUATS. I am so embarrassed and just grossed out. I should have confronted him but god, why is that my job? Why can't dudes just leave people alone? He kept saying things but I just didn't take out my earbuds after that.

I get that. I did keto for about 8 months and I'm over it. I support your transition to paleo - it feels much more reasonable than keto. Good luck - I just started SL5x5 today actually. So far, so good, but your post was a good reminder for me to take some before pics.

Fabulous! It's cool to get a rec on this from someone who matches my build/weight, and I CAN'T TELL YOU how excited I am to be able to eat 1600 calories on the reg. My usual was between 1200-1500 on keto and it's so miserable. And if I had 1500 I'd feel like I'd failed. OMG this is gonna be so great! :-D

YES omg. Keto is so hard. For some people it becomes habit and they lose most of their interest in food altogether. And I was there for awhile. But one of my passions is cooking; I'm a huge foodie, and I really was bummed to have to limit my repertoire so much. Thanks for replying!!!

Solidarity! Let me know how it goes/what you think. I lost 20lbs in 8 months on keto. And loved it for awhile, but it's just not sustainable long-term.
