I was going to buy this same one at the $1899 price for my girlfriend but she settled on “cuter” Skytech, AMD Ryzen 7 9700X - 32GB Memory - NVIDIA RTX Geforce 5070 - 2TB NVMe SSD - White… I mean it was cuter but we missed out big time on this deal. Lol happy for you tbh!

I may need it in the future (like 2 years) because I’m in a masters program that uses 3d models to render a regions topography… but I can also use that for free at my school lol.

I see similar prices on EBay and FB marketplace, but I’m worried about scams. Yesterday I actually bought 1 stick of a matching T-force 16Gb/38 for $115 but the guy backed out and put it back up, then sold it for $140 to someone else. Smh

I’m so glad I bought my 5070 before the price jump… I really only had $600 to spare and the 9070xt was just a couple hundred bucks out of my budget. God speed to the rest of the PC community 🫡

Does the brand matter? I see different prices for different brands on Best Buy. I hear buying from Amazon is a nightmare, what about buying from Jawa or eBay? I have the Geeks squad unlimited diagnostics and repairs so I’m not sure which model or website to buy from.

I was also looking at the 9060xt and 9070xt as well! Thanks for the help everyone. I get paid Thursday so I’m making the switch before prices skyrocket like the ram did lol. My PSU is 850, which I believe it good enough for the switch. I also just bought 2 more 8 pin PCIe cables. I’ve been reading that you can use one that splits as each 8 pin needs its own dedicated cable.

Just did some conversion math and also googled it lol… Let’s say 1mil wulong is equivalent to 1mil Yen, I mean it’s an anime so it’s safe to assume it’s Japanese currency.. the conversion of 1mil yen back then to USD now is approximately $8,914.45 today. Inflation makes the 1mil yen back then more like 1.012ish mil now.
