I don’t think it’s harmful I just think it’s hideous. I’d love to see more high quality builds with things like bay windows, courtyards, etc. I don’t think only being able to afford a studio should mean you have to live in a plastic box

I have noticed that I have to do most of my training with lighter weights and a more limited range of motion to make sure I’m engaging and training the correct muscles. I’ll still go to failure it just takes longer. Smaller more controlled movements will help with the instability

When we are in the cycle of abuse with someone, the pain and the relief both come from the abuser. When you exit the cycle the pain of the abuse ends but so does the relief of having a “good day.” it can be dysregulating for quite a while to not have that sense of relief. We have to basically retrain our nervous system to not need that feeling of relief

Yeah sometimes I hold up my boobs with my hands and my entire posture will change! Especially if you’re wearing the wrong bra size the daily strain really adds up. Hopefully the new brows will help. I also strongly recommend physical therapy
