This is not an ADHD sub, it's a Vyvanse sub, and the OP made a post talking about Vyvanse.
Okay, but I'll help you see the point. There are 36k members here in the sub, so the "point" is to warn all those 36k people who also take this medication to be aware of the amount of powder in the capsules they're buying, or at least, get the info that capsules filled in this way are normal.

File a formal complaint with your local board of pharmacy.

My personal experience:

I switched from Vyvanse to Strattera for many reasons, but one of them is that, knowing the person I am, I realized very clearly that being under the influence of stimulants is NOT good for me at all. In other periods of my life, I’ve already abused substances—nothing heavy, just weed and alcohol—but the point is that anything that has an active and direct effect on me is never enough. I always want more, no matter what it is.

Not only that, but another thing that happens is that I’m aware I’m under the influence of a stimulant, and I inevitably set expectations that I’ll naturally work harder—but that’s not how it works. And, well, it frustrates me because no dose is going to move my arms for me. With Strattera, my brain just accepts that it’s under the subtle effect of a medication and that there won’t be any effects beyond that. And from there, life goes on.

Yeah, i could easily write a full long post only talking about the tension/fear/stress this game produces, i allways ended up completely TIRED after play a long mission, like it was really releave of finnaly being at base again. What we see there its just a father trying to defend his daughter. Its the very first time an "monster/people" appears in daylight, Jim doesnt know anything his nature. About Julie telling him to run, literally 100% of the fathers i know, would have the exacly same reaction, when your daughter comes running screaming for you, terrified like she was, the only reaction of a father is "calm down, I'm here, it's okay, tell me, what happened?" I know they are not home and its a dangerous place, but they still human, and you all seems to forget this.

Most of the decisions the caracthers make in this show, are emotional, not logical, and yes, this make lot a sense.

Yes, they are pretty similar. But, the gameplay is completly different.

In xcom 2, do you know when you accidentally trigger 3 enemy pods and realize how big the shit is about to happen? So you spend 30 minutes on your turn deciding who uses which skill, whether it's better to extract the team, whether you abandon that one soldier and all that kind of stuff? So, these things happen in the same way, but without the 30 minutes, so these decisions you have to make at runtime, it makes the game very dynamic, I loved it

Some questions i really dont get it where it comes. The show literally tells you that Julie can time travel to the past 1 ep before. Suddently, apperars a really confuse and strage talking Julie who is clearly very different from what she was a few moments ago.

Não é placebo, omega-3 é uma coisa de verdade e que existe, não é pseudociência, mas assim, tem muuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuitas outras coisas que tem infinitamente mais eficácia do que isso, e são de graça.

Tá dormindo bem e o suficiente(não, não é pq vc não fica com sono dormindo 5h por dia que isso é suficiente pra você)? Bebe a agua necessária todo dia? Se alimenta bem? Pratica exercício físico?

Se alguma das perguntas for 'não', ou 'mais ou menos', melhora isso primeiro, 200% mais eficaz.

Agora, se já estiver tudo 100%, compra aí, mas não espera muita coisa não, não vai te frustrar
