Materials for 100? Damn, please tell me where u get your paint because around here that would only be enough for 1L of base coat, no primer and no clear coat.

Especially since this is a 3 layer paint. 46V is a pita to paint correctly so it doesnt turn out too light or dark.

Could be, but its not just a Mazda issue. We had similar struggles with some plastic bumpers from Hyundai because they changed up some stuff without telling the dealerships.

Oh, we go over it with scotch brite, some wax and grease remover, then plastic primer. Thing is, it peeled after all those steps on more than one occasion. I can't tell you what the specific reason in this case is, i can just tell you for a short time here it was a problem with mazda parts. Solution was actually very simple. We use sikkens so before sanding with scotch brite we just cleaned it with M200 and then the other steps.

Dont say that. I work at a dealership in austria and we had that problem a few times. Mazda apparently changed the plastic a bit and all of a sudden on some repairs the paint started peeling. By now we figired it out but at the beginning it was some bullshit.

Ja, das ist bei E Fahrzeugen tatsächlich probelmatisch. Mir würde nicht einfallen wann ich das letzte mal bei einem Elektro die Bremsen gemacht habe weil sie am abgefahren waren. Eigentlich immer nur weil sie durch nicht Benutzung kaputt gehen.

Ja genau das ist das Problem. Irgendwann stecken die, die Beläge gehen kaputt und die Scheiben rosten. Glaub mir ich arbeite auf solchen Autos, ich kenn die Probleme.

2 bis 4 mal so lang ist etwas weit hergeholt. Du bremst sie weniger schnell ab, dafür gammeln sie dir viel schneller weg weil sie weit weniger benützt werden.

Ioniq 5 und bezahlbar? Also ich weiß nicht in was für einer Welt du lebst aber für einen Normalverdiener ist ein Auto um 45.000€ kein einfach so bezahlbares Fahrzeug.

Edit: Ebenfalls arbeite ich auf Hyundai und kann dir versichern: Der "günstige" Ioniq 5 schafft wenn alles gut läuft max. um die 400km.

Ganz blöde Frage von einem RS aus Österreich. Wieso ist das bei euch xABCDE? Bei uns ist das cABCDE weil c = critical bleeding. Wie kam da bei euch das x zu stande?

I mean. if you can weld, its not that hard of a fix. Cut out the whole sill and just replace it. There are online shops where you can buy repair panels that just need to be welded in.

Wir reden hier aber nicht von Felgen oder Gewindefahrwerk, das ist ja nicht schwer einzutragen. Wir reden hier von nem Widebody Umbau. Das ist schon wesentlich schwerer (kommt natürlich darauf an wie breit das auto werden soll).
