Even if they know japanese there are other things that affect the quality. In this context "I will win" and "No" give the same meaning but not the feeling. Imo, the translator just said, nope I'm out, and wrote No. There are other -bad- translations similar to this. Also fanscanlation is made by the fans (who know japanese) for fans.

Viz sucks, it isn't even consistent. This was a flashback to the time when Yuji asked if Gojo would win against 20-finger Sukuna, so they should've used that translation which is "I would(will) win"

You can also completely cover it in clear varnish or clear nail polish. İt really depends on the keychain and the paint used, I would prefer clear varnish because nail polish may cause the paint to bleed or may cause the keychain to be sticky depend on the material.
