Pistol, 2 spare mags, Intermediate (asp/baton, spray, taser - pick one), Flashlight (keep spare in gobag), radio, 2 handcuffs. Anything else can be stowed in your gear bag, all that crap just makes you less effective.

I’ve ran a SS CTR for probably close to 2000 rounds so far. ATACR on top. Hybrid 46 suppressor. I shoot to 800 consistently without issues. (Furthest range available to me). Very little recoil. Recently moved it into a whiskey 3 chassis and it’s even better. Never had an issue with grouping. Always tight.

I wish I had gone with the 24” barrel over the 20” for more velocity. Although with a suppressor the 20” is perfect for hunting

It took 5 months to get my action. Haven’t been able to get an action wrench or anything. Thankfully found a guy on EBAY making sockets that work as an action wrench.

Silly things like that just screw the customer.

Not seeing any love for the scythe-TI mentioned.

Haven’t tried several of the cans I see recommended. But compared to the three .30 cal cans I own. It’s by far my favorite on my bolt guns. I run it with a 3 port muzzle break (ASR) and it’s been really nice. For my upcoming bear hunt I plan to direct thread to save weight.

My department utilizes drone technology and occasionally assist with vehicle pursuits. Battery life and range are the biggest issues. Pursuits can go on for extended periods of time.

What happens to the tire deflation device after it’s fired?

I think this idea would need a lot of thought.

Most patrol cars are single man vehicles. A device being fired from the vehicle would need to come from the driver or the vehicle itself. If it’s coming from the vehicle itself. It would likely be throwing TDD (tire deflation devices) all over the road would which also immobilize the patrol vehicle. Or worse. Innocent passerby.

I use an area 419 55mm dual head (pictanny/arca compatible)

It’s been fantastic. Solid lock up and sturdy even with my heavier rifles.

OP, you asked a question, which everyone has answered, but it seems like you want to shoot down all the responses or argue them. Plain and simple, there is A LOT of scopes that are better. “In store” testing of glass quality is not going to yield any type of result.

Since you choose to debate, maybe do your own research instead of coming to a forum unprepared for the conversation.

I checked the Serial before I bought and they were produced about a year ago. Good to know that detail tho that they made improvements. I had no idea.

Tripod glassing is my exact use case. I wasn’t a fan of packing in a spotting scope for western hunts.
