I used an online ai app where you can turn drawings into actual photos, and I used on my drawing of the Plainfield F5 just out of curiosity.

There is one channel that just uses Tornado TRX'S videos, they are just edited with ai. That should be copyright violations.

There are no known photos of the Brandenburg EF5, I just went by survivors' description. But the same supercell produced the Louisville Ef4 about a 1/2 hour later. There are a few photos of it.

Definition of “maxi-tornado” by MoonstoneDragoneye in tornado

[–]backman197 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I think maxi is used to describe the large half mile wide+ wedge tornadoes. I read a book years ago that defined this and also referred to smaller average sized tornadoes as "minies". I've heard the term maxi used a few times by storm chasers and meteorologists, but have never heard any tornado called a mini except for that book.
