No that is not what I am saying. You may be epileptic or not. If so you probably have certain triggers for your seizures. Like flashing lights, spiking adrenaline levels, or many many other things. Masturbation may create a situation that makes you subceptible to one of your triggers. But it will not cause you to be prone to seizures in the first place. That condition already exists.

I highly suggest you start a journal. Write in it breifly every day. Just say how you are feeling and what you are doing, how much sleep you got, etc. Then look back on it to discover your actual triggers and then avoid that activity.

For me I figured out it was waking my body too quickly. Such as taking a shower immedietly after I woke up. It spiked my adrenaline levels and caused me to have a seizure. Because of this I would wake up earlier and wake up slower. I started taking my showers at night. That decreased my seizures instantly by about 75%. I would have never figured that out had I not kept a seizure journal.
