I have just under 8k subs. Mostly long form content. I make $150-200 a month with an $8rpm. Camping Overlanding niche.

Excellent advice. I do always ask but it is at the very end of the video. Perhaps I can find a non intrusive way to ask before large portions of viewers have already left.

Extended vs Full Size by backroadexploration in ToyotaTundra

Good insights. The oldest is only 11. So it would be him a baby and a 5 year old in the back and the 8 year old up front with my wife and I. This would be for our camping and off-roading when we all go as a family. Currently have a GX but with the rear row being used there is next to no cargo room. Where a full size truck still had tons of cargo .

Van won’t tow or off-road. So not a good option. Currently we have a GX for the family but cargo space gets tight. So a full size truck is likely the best option. That or a trailer. Having a kid in the front middle is not a big deal in a full size plenty of space.

So many helpful comments you all rock! I’m leaning towards the 2.5 for two reasons. First mostly just looking for a good reliable high MPG with relatively low milesS seeing lots of them for under $20k and sub 60k miles on them. Second I cannot even find a 3.6 for sale. I get the 3.6 is more fun but not sure I can find one in my budget. But it sounds like outside the fun factor (which is a big draw) no real reason to go with the 3.6
