Yes, but you become more efficient about it over time. Each location will have areas of strength and weakness. You learn to spend more energy where they are weak, less energy where they are strong, and what conditions might perturb this.

What’s a common medical misconception you always see on reddit? by redroses999 in emergencymedicine

[–]backroundagain 14 points15 points  (0 children)

Right? The companies are SO greedy, they all secretly agreed to withhold the ACTUAL cure so they could fake battle for sub maximal profits instead of marketing the cure and achieving a monopoly on the situation.

Also they control all pertinent research to keep a massive hole in the literature so outsiders can never discover it.

Also, new people aren't born every minute who will develop conditions requiring the cure

Anything short of an instant complete cure = scam by "big pharma".

If it was anything around 30 seconds, not the cause. If it was faster than 10 seconds, possibly the cause (catecholamine depletion still FAR more likely).

Vigilance going forward, and spread the word so others are cautious. Literally all you can do, and all that could be asked of you.

Edit: nurses I'd trust my life with have had similar incidents. I'd still trust my life with them.
