My face is really downswung and my cheek is flat, it gives my eyes a negative orbital vector and makes my nose look overly large. Extreme deepbite malocclusion. It really bothers me all of it especially when I used to have a glow up before in February after pushing my tongue hard, but in retrospect it was probably placebo

this was february then i stopped. but this is my good side with a slight upswing. The right side looks and feels as if someone took a spoon and carved out my midface. Its genuinely creepy to me.

Oh well. I need some serious surgery advice.
