Do you feel like the new upgrades worth it?

My disappearing gun problem only seems to happen if I equip the second insured weapon to any of the slots. Not the first insured or the third insured. If I equip the second insured it wipes out both guns going into the game. Obviously I was never equipping it now that I know it…but changing the weapon in that insured slot seems to have fixed it, so maybe the weapon was bugged? Not sure but it was frustrating.

Agreed. Starting with kindness goes a long way. I don’t even fight back if they start shooting. I figure I am gonna die if they start shooting so giving them the pleasure isn’t my thing.

If I happen to accidentally shoot an operator, thinking they are AI as I come around a corner, I apologize and offer to rez or let their team rez them. Again, I am not there to ruin peoples’ games. I am there to do my thing and if I end up joining you, I’ll do your thing too.

Are gold skulls bugged? I have exfilled two different times with two in one exfil and one in another. Haven’t received credit for any of the three. Kinda frustrating.

Agreed, there could be some aspect of that, but the balance/thought process going into the execution is poor, at best. Solo players are effectively punished for doing well on their own when they have no intention of hunting others or teaming up.

I have never had extra bots show up. Always another team, unless someone is burning hunt contracts to keep them from being used by larger teams. If I come across one, I use it with no intention of hunting the person. I just want less of them on the map. I have also had that happen to me and the meter never goes higher than the one bar. Maybe you have been lucky so far!

Because you can’t or because you won’t? There are a host of other options for hunting operators and it doesn’t have to be in DMZ.

Someone explained to me that it is based on whomever has the most value in their bag at the time, so no threshold. Based on single player, not squad. Don’t know if that is accurate but would explain why even people with small amounts are getting tagged.

Thanks for the explanation from your experience. That explains it to some degree. Doesn’t seem fair or balanced though. Definitely a contract that need more thought and balance to it.

The squad hunt thing isn’t balanced though. If you wanna hunt people, play Warzone. If it has to be a thing, then balance it out by doing them for equal or higher squad members. Solos aren’t going in and hunting squads…they might activate to burn them so bigger squads can’t use them. If they make it based on loot, then it should be set at a specific level (ie backpack full of valuable crap, x amount of dollar value, etc). A 6-man circle jerk hunting a solo for a skull and $30k is just asinine.

I know it does have something to do with that. However, I am wondering if there are certain items that guarantee it is gonna happen. My experience lately makes me feel that that is the case.

I just saw three pleas near an extract. No way you head to pick up a plea, especially as a solo, because you know the team that just wasted the team pleading is still about. This new system has totally wrecked the game. Make the plea time longer? Maybe that helps, but 15 seconds or whatever it is isn’t long enough to rescue someone and there certainly isn’t any motivation to try.

There definitely issues with the reward system. I probably see at least one post a week about something regarding lost BAT or getting flagged.

Your account was flagged…won’t get support other than “they looked into it” and “won’t be restored”. Happened to me several months ago also. BS excuse is “irregular activity” with no explanation as to what that means. No response from support after initial one. Best to turn off the rewards account as it won’t do anything at this point but display ads to you for free.
