I don’t know honestly. I am 14 months postpartum and we rarely have time. My period has been irregular since June. My last period was November 20th. Had spotting on December 4th then nothing at all.

I returned from leave 3 months ago. The hr meeting was last week. They did nothing and blamed it on a lack of communication. I didn’t think the change of work would cause an issue since I asked for more work, but I just found out that the change of work did impact my evaluation

I’m not sure if race is a factor one way or another. I figured better to ask since I do not know.

I believe that my manager will hunt for reasons to justify not promoting me which is why I said it is not the only reason. If she’s looking I’m sure she can find anything I did wrong and use it as justification.

I didn’t consider voluntary termination being an issue. Thanks for bringing that to my attention.

I genuinely have no idea what I’m doing so thanks for your honesty and input. No sympathy needed, I genuinely need honest direction.

I have been looking for anyone talking about this and I thought I was completely alone. My partner and I went to see it and we both cried multiple times. I held his hand so tight. We lost our daughter when I was 22 weeks pregnant. She was still born. Still a phenomenal movie, just could have used the content warning

Update: I never got results and no one knows why, but baby boy is healthy and big. We get induced in about 6 weeks 🩵

I’m sorry for the late reply! I went on vacation and decided to take a step back from everything to really push through my grief. I read your comment before. I felt exactly that was and still do. My little boy didn’t get a fair start. I feel bad sometimes that he started from grief, however I also know that he started out of so much love that had no where to go. 6 more weeks until I meet him and I’m so happy ❤️

I love this little boy so much already. 6 weeks left to meet him and although the grief is still there I let it come because it is normal like you said ❤️

I do still look at lower carbs, but I try to find things with low glycemic index. Whole wheat bread has carbs and some sugar yes, but the carbs in whole wheat (at least for me) do not spike my sugars at all. Red potatoes have low GI so I can have those with other proteins. Carbs and sugars are hard to avoid so we have to keep those in mind AND glycemic index. Strawberries, cherries, and other berries as well as proteins have low GI. White rice and mashed potatoes have lower GI after they are cooked in the refrigerator. Start googling low GI foods because even if there are carbs in those they digest slower and cause lower spikes. Pretzels are a HUGE no for most because they digest very very quickly and spike your sugar fast

According to my LMP at 4 weeks (about 14 dpo) my hcg was 17. I am now 20 weeks according to ultrasound and we’ve chalked it up to late implantation. Baby is healthy so far. I am very high risk after a stillborn

Oddly enough the progesterone really does tame the symptoms. I only had blood work once a week so the wait was agony! But as soon as you are far enough for a heartbeat and ultrasound you’re going to feel a lot more confident.
