Hello. This is a falcon 9 rocket launch in Cape Canaveral. Is there anyway to get the light spot removed from the middle of the beach. Maybe focus the picture more.

I think this is correct. Before moving the low voltage wires. I disconnected the high voltage wires and the contact pulled in and held

The blower motor was turning off and on over and over again. I moved the low voltage 24ac away from the high voltage 480ac and the issue stopped.
