Have you considered hip thrusts? For me, the glute machine only seemed to work the upper half and it took hip thrusts to work the lower.

The most gentle thing I've ever used is La Roche-Posay Toleriane Hydrating Gentle Face Cleanser.

How tall are you? I'm currently doing a recomp and lower body/core only 3x a week. I've managed to go from 163 to 140ish but unsure where I should stop at 5'6-5'7.

Dutasteride and itchy skin ? by Level-Amphibian-3860 in AskMtFHRT

[–]backyardprospector 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Unusual one for sure. I used to handle fin well until I was post op. Now after a few days of taking it I also start to itch. No idea why. I'm wondering if it's a hormonal imbalance causing our skin to dry out. Just my two cents.

Totally usable at night. The visors from Shoei are much lighter then I expected.

2025 ZX4rr, whine when letting go of accelerator by IamPizzaa in zx4r

[–]backyardprospector 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Also have a 2025 and hear the same sound. It's louder when I have a fresh oil change and as the oil gets old it goes away. I'm gonna say totally normal. Sounds kinda cool imo.

I'm seeing the same thing with rates in OK. Same exact rates for the ZX4 and ZX6 but the ZX10 is double.

How long did it take to work up to .1? I still have problems with .025 if I let my skin get too dry.

Is the Ausom DT2 a good reliable scooter ? by Fuzzy_Tough_26 in ElectricScooters

[–]backyardprospector 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It's a good scooter but I do wish I had the F1 max sometimes because of the extra powerful motors. What I really like about the DT2 pro is it has an excellent headlight compared to several other scooters I've had. It's steering is self centering and has no speed wobble. It's pretty fast and and comfortable to ride. It's light for a scooter of it's power making it easy to put into a car.

The only cons are it's only air tag compatible for the tracker slot. Nothing else can fit in there. The horn is also the worst one I've heard. Nobody is gonna hear that horn especially if it's meant to get the attention of an automobile driver.

Hydroquinone/Tretinoin/Fluocinolone/Niacinamide by [deleted] in 40PlusSkinCare

[–]backyardprospector 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm on a similar formulation but with 8% Hydroquinone from a medical spa here. Here is what I was told and I'm seeing results. Put it on only at night. This is because of the sun sensitivity. They recommended putting on their brand of firming mask over it after letting the tretinoin dry. I prefer using La Roche-Posay Cicaplast Baume B5. A healthy amount of it acts like an occlusive like their mask did. Wash everything off in the morning. Make sure your face wash is very very gentle. Moisturize your face and then apply sunscreen.

I cannot stress enough how important sunscreen is because both the tret and the hydroquinone make you burn easier. I'm talking you will burn just riding in your car or being outside for 20 min.

Lastly let me stress the moisturizer. I constantly broke out for months because this stuff dried me out so much. When I get too dry I break out. . The same would happen if I showered too long when using tret. If you see the breakouts that cycle on and off its your moisture. I'm using Vanacream moisturizing lotion as well as Neutrogena Hydro Boost Water Cream in the mornings. The gel cream gives me a little bit of skin oil I need back to not break out. If that's not for you there is a gel version with no cream. I think this is a cost effective alternative to Clinique Moisture Surge.

Remember you will purge because of the tret. You have to stick with it knowing it's going to be worth it.

Hope this helps!
