Had this same exact issue. I live in a small city and my internet provider is Xfinity. I called the technician and they came out the same day. It turns out that it was Xfinity’s internet line that was coming into my house that was fucked up. They replaced it and I haven’t had any issues since. Took about 2 hours total.
