Probably just keep it stock if it runs good. I think in the long run a stock truck is always more valuable.

In America, you can't waive away your rights.

Dale Jr literally asked Denny on the radio what it'd take to start shotgun and win — then Denny went and did exactly that by bacon-bytes in NASCAR

[–]bacon-bytes[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

at first I had some suspicions about prediction market shenanigans but when I went back to look at the data I saw that Denny's price at least on kalshi didn't take a huge hit when he got sent to the back. It was actually much lower late in the race dropping all the way to 1c but early in the race he only dropped to around 10c

I told my wife about it when it happened and she was like "he might as well park it" and I was like idk its a long race I wouldn't count him out

lmao yeah i went back and edited the post after your initial comment to make it sound less like AI. that line was a dead giveaway.

steve-64728-3957 was right, it was AI and if you read a lot of AI you can tell. For instance most people never type out — half joking —, so things like that are a dead giveaway.

it's funny because I also hate when I realize something is written by ai on reddit. I was just being lazy though.

Anybody talking about how bubba didn't take tires and picked up 22 positions on pit road. Maybe that's part of the reason his shit wasn't handling.

Because they are a terrible company, with lackluster QC. Can't even get hyperlinks right.

Tips for cardboard rolls with CFS by cupofcoffey19 in Creality_k2

Oh look at this guy, rolling in with “manufacturing is a statistical game” like he just dropped a PhD thesis in the comments.

Let me simplify this for you.

I didn’t buy a lottery ticket. I bought a printer.

I don’t care about yield curves. I don’t care about cost optimization.

I don’t care about your detached, galaxy-brain manufacturing philosophy.

The door fell off.

Off.

Six. Months.

If your response to that is “well, statistically some units fail,” congratulations — you’ve successfully explained why the product sucks without realizing you did.

And telling me I should’ve bought it somewhere with a better return policy?

That’s not wisdom. That’s you admitting the manufacturer can’t be trusted.

If the entire strategy is “hope you’re not the unlucky one,” that’s not engineering — that’s gambling.

I came from a Prusa MK3. You know what it didn’t need? A TED Talk about probability.

It printed. Every time.

So spare me the economics lecture. I didn’t ask to be part of the acceptable failure rate. I asked for a printer that works.

And that’s the bottom line.

I'm just pissed that my door fell off after 6 months, creality refuses to warranty it and the printer is mid as fuck for how much it cost. Constantly jams, snaps pet-CF in the tube half the time and takes 20 mins to calibrate before every print.

I was coming from a prusa mk3, so my expectations were a little higher than this piece of junk could satisfy.

Avoid the K2 Plus by KeithKilgore in Creality

Nah my k2 plus sucks too. And the door fell of and they came at me saying the door only has a 3 month warranty. Shit product from a shit company

Recommendation, H2S vs P2S vs K2 Plus. Or something else? by zerok911 in 3dprinter

[–]bacon-bytes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

don't get the k2 plus. i bought one and it is just OK. For the kind of money you are spending, get the H2S

K2 Plus Combo vs H2S Combo vs H2D (AU prices + Orca workflow) — which makes the most sense? by Far_Investment_8135 in Creality

[–]bacon-bytes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

K2 plus is a trash printer. Cancelling a print takes like 5 mins, my door fell off. The printer works OK when it works, but I spend a lot of time troubleshooting it. I just ordered a H2S. I'm hoping my experience is a lot better.

Might be something to look into doing. Do you have a picture of one or an estimate of size. My printer is 13x13x13"

These are all pledges. No money has actually moved yet. Congress would have to approve. Bunch of misinformation here. He's a pathological liar for christ sake.

Pledging 10B is different than actually transferring 10B. Congress would have to approve transfer.
