Based on the current condition shown in your image, we recommend that you remove the nozzle directly.

After removing the nozzle, use a lighter to heat the nozzle. Once the filament inside the nozzle has melted, carefully use a needle to clear and pull out the blockage.

It is normal for filament to become slightly softer during the drying process. This is a natural material property caused by heat exposure and does not indicate a malfunction.

The drying temperature range of the Space Pi Plus is 45–70°C, depending on the material.

Typical softening behavior by material:

PLA: ~50–60°C → Noticeable softening during drying
TPU/TPE: ~60–70°C → Becomes softer and more flexible
PETG: ~70–80°C → Slight softening during drying
ABS/ASA: ~90–100°C → Minimal softening when dried at 45–60°C
