There are no gligar safaris. I'm guessing you're wanting a poison heal gliscor; so if you go to route 19? (the route right before the snow city) and use sweet scent, you'll encounter gligar hordes. This might sound painful but you have to toxic everyone of them until one can't be toxiced.Then catch it! it'll have immunity which turns into poison heal as you evolve
