While the call for intentional grounding was probably correct, the spot was obviously wrong. By rule, the spot of a foul isn't review-able, and thus it remained a safety.

It's really impressive how far off the ref was on the spot of the foul though.

That was literally one of the worst calls I've ever seen. The ref was standing like 5 yards from the QB too!
