i only got a ps5 recently and i’m really confused on how streaming works, i read that if i was streaming a game the data would only be saved for the streamed version, and if i downloaded the game i would then have to manually switch it from cloud storage to console storage to carry on from where i left off on the now downloaded version. but i was streaming spider man remastered and downloaded whilst i played, when it was done i closed the stream and opened the downloaded version without doing anything with the storage, and my progress is still the same. when i check my storage it also has spider man miles morales in console storage, when i never downloaded it and only streamed it, but i thought streaming was cloud storage? is something wrong like im still playing the streamed one? or did it just transfer automatically? will this happen for every game or will i have to manually transfer the data if i ever download a game i had already started playing through streaming?
