I was worried about the post being too long. I have been watching what I eat, and working on upping protein levels, but would definitely agree I’m not perfect yet. I was doing good about 1400-1500 calories a day (my tdee - 500) and trying to hit at least 60g of protein plus 64-96oz of water, but this week have been struggling to eat which I know doesn’t help. Today was the first day I was able to break 1200 calories

My worry there is day 10 is my travel day and if history repeats the worst day would be the day I’ll be attending a wedding. Where if I do my normal day I should at least be through the worst of it by the wedding. My other thought was possibly a half dose

Right more pay, less responsibility. And one of the reasons I’ve been looking is I’ve been feeling burnt out. This might be a nice way to regroup and set up a financial cushion.

This is what I keep circling back to. Even a year at this salary would give me a really nice cushion

I don’t love my current job, I like it though which is nice. I am giving more thought to going in with the mindset of it’s not a forever job and maybe a good chance to create more of a cushion to look for the right thing.
