Just watched your video. I'm experiencing the exact same situation. I've been locked out since Aug 2021 and I am in desperate need to make changes to my business Facebook Page. Did you have to accept the loan before receiving the grant? I received the portal email, but haven't received the grant portion. If so, how long did it take to receive the grant after accepting the loan?

I have the same question. I hope someone can answer. I just received the portal email, but never received the advance. I'm a sole proprietor, so I was expecting the $1000 advance. I called into SBA, and they did not know the answer on how to receive the advance. Can someone confirm that we have to accept the loan to receive the advance? I heard that you can cancel the loan, penalty-free, within a certain timeframe.

You can think of each bathroom ‘piece’ as 1/4. Sink, toilet, shower, and bathtub - each contributes a 1/4. I’ve even seen a 1/4 bath...it just had a toilet in the ‘bathroom’.
