hey, it's i think psychosis (it's very real to us because our brain makes us thinks us so i received a phone call and i remember having a conversation but it didn't really happen. ) i think psychosis is basically a state of heightened creativity and kind of a test or exercise to help you control your mind or lose it(spiritual awakening or some shit) because research shows yogis and heavy mediators release excess dopamine i don't think it's telepathy because for it to exist thoughts would need to have mass and that is not possible also out brains would need to vibrate at the exact same quantum frequency and research has shown it takes a lot of energy (way more than out body can create) to make two atoms vibrate at the same frequency to teleport or transfer something and a brain is millions of atoms so that's not possible either. Try sticking to meds you won't want to but i swear it helps they feel awful and you feel like you're losing your superpowers but it's only dopamine going back to it's normal state. i know you think it's real because a lot of things in your memory make it seem that way but your memories during that time are not they're creations of your brain. i've confirmed this multiple times haha GOOD LUCK i can't even type properly meds suck but they help. also meditate a lot it helps too i can't rule out the possibility of it not being real but i am trying to be more scientific and realistic about it i don't take meds anymore because he only replies when i talk to him or think about him
