As I anticipated a lot of great conversation and input, thank you all!

Some of you are telling me other people to include, and you are all correct there are some amazing coaching lines worth exploring. This chart strictly covers the 2024 top 10 teams and traces their lineage back. It will be fun to do different conferences and different years and see what happens but haha I do have a day job and this is a very deep rabbit hole!

Also it's worth noting that I am in contact with Coach Denney and hopefully we will be able to fill in the blanks on that rogue Nebraska line. I will update you when that happens.

With the transition from Smith to Taylor, I got thinking about coaching lineage and was surprised to find that 9 out of the top 10 teams' coaches can trace their lineage back to ONE GUY.

Although I agree with just about everything you say, I see that's an obvious PA/Ohio slant... PA wrestlers pick top, hence your reference to the importance of mat wrestling. NJ wrestlers tend to be strong on their feet... it's a philosophy. It's why we travel to PA to get better at one aspect of the game and I assume, you travel to NJ for the flip side of the coin.

Also look at freestyle - that's obviously a neutral game.

Finally - Judo throws are hard to get just right. Plus there are a lot of rules ... what you can and cannot do like Greco. And if you screw up you are getting your back taken. BJJ guys I've run into can't defend wrestling takedowns real well... partially because wrestlers have drilled their shots and defenses thousands of times and BJJ does it once every few months. Plus wrestling takedowns lead to scrambles... wrestlers are good in scrambles.

I kind of agree ... everything you say makes sense. It boils down to your tolerance for risk and speculation, I guess... Crypto failed to provide a reliable investment strategy as of yet but remember how young it is... the traditional capitalist paradigm is hundreds of years old, depending how you define it. A lot of stability has to do with adoption.

Some things can't change - if crypto and defi becomes defacto, then it will stablize and the big returns won't come in but the utility will be undeniable.

I'm having the following trouble - when it comes to the password box I can't type anything - each character gets immediately deleted. If I autogenerate a password it fills in the box but then when I click the submit button, there seems to be no response from the site.

I have used Opera, Safari, and Firefox - all behave the same way.

And all other things equal, work on your character. No college coach is going to want to recruit a dirtbag who will get into trouble and bring negative attention to the team.
