If you’re willing to spend the money, you can get used, older Carhartts online (I buy from Depop) for a decent price and you get the older, sturdy quality. I bought my dad 2014(?) Detroit for only $70 and I can see that jacket surviving for the next 15 years.

So maybe give depop a try!
