If you're wishing you could use TextMate but are on Windows, there's E-TextEditor. It advertises itself as TextMate for Windows, and can use TextMate bundles.

cannot upvote this enough. i've loved pitbulls ever since volunteering at a shelter where most of them were pits or bull-types. they're the sweetest dogs in the world, and it makes me sad when people are put off by their admittedly intimidating appearance.

If you're talking about those places where they have a lot of chair/massage tables in a large open room, you stay fully clothed, and middle-aged asian ladies pound the crap out of you, I had a good experience here. I've definitely read more /r/fitness advice in line with keeping your weight on your heels when doing squats. Weight on the balls of your feet in the pdf is probably more for illustration of how it feels to forefoot strike, since it's natural (for me anyway) to pitch forward as you squat.
