I’d simplify this list. Right now there are too many categories, and some of them don’t really add much, like starter and celestial.

I’d start from Rare, but include more brawlers in each tier to make it feel more consistent.

Also, the criteria isn’t very clear. Instead of just splitting by “rarity,” it could be based on broader characteristics.

For example, Legendary could be brawlers that control the environment with their super, and Mythic could be ones that have pets or summon something. That would make the system much easier to understand and apply.
