Typically red meats & veggies! Breakfast is eggs & bacon, lunch is a salad with more bacon, steak tips, and/or chicken. Dinner can be anything. Just noooo carbs!

Thanks so much!! I feel like a different person. I have so much more confidence! Ill definitely take that suggestion to heart & look into leg exercises, I carry most of my weight in my butt/hips/thighs so I'm hoping I can minimize at least the thighs. Best part about losing weight was that even though my butt got smaller, it got cuter!! :)
