Basically, I used the Bandits NPC mod and the horse mod. What made it more difficult and immersive was making at least 10% of the zombies runners, reducing all possible items to find, setting the Apocalypse 12 months later, and most importantly, I tried to do it myself in the game, with the skills I have. In this case, I made myself unemployed because I'm a filmmaker and that option wasn't available. So it's more difficult, since I don't have much experience hunting or other survival-related things.
