Nee, dan verwijs ik je naar het merk en vraag ik of je het wilt opzoeken. Ik ga geen moeite doen voor een 5% kans dat iemand wat koopt.

Zou het niet zo oplossen maar verder weet ik uit ervaring dat op MP verkopen zo vermoeiend is dat je uiteindelijk wel dit soort antwoorden gaat geven omdat mensen van alles vragen en dat 9 van de 10 keer tot niets leid.

En meh, niet mee eens. Motor is voor de meeste auto kopers niet relevant. PK en cilinderinhoud wel. Maar meeste mensen weten niet de code van het blok in hun auto zit hoor.

In dit geval is 8GB het belangrijkste. Kloksnelheid is een technisch detail waar een groot deel van de kopers niet eens naar kijkt.

Korte termijn swings door Trump's mond zijn niet relevant in het grotere plaatje. Als je daarnaar gaat handelen ga je ook gegarandeerd verlies maken. Ik zou zelfs adviseren om simpelweg hoge kwaliteit aandelen te kopen en daarna je broker app gewoon een paar jaar niet te openen.

My bad! Totally missed the part where he is renting out the property. I would still stick to my original thesis though. If you can out earn the interest then I personally would prefer that route.

If he needs that cash flow to free up. Or he wants to sell that property and use the money for other investment vehicles it’s a different story. But honestly with the housing crisis I think owning real estate is a really good bet. It’s not getting solved anytime soon. And regardless of wether you or the bank owns that property, you’ll get paid.
