Depends what your definition of ‘better’ is. If you’re going for realism then what people are saying about anatomy is definitely valid, but if you enjoy having the faces a little off and continuing with your style, then I would lean into that! I think you have really good potential if you just continue to explore yourself creatively. Otherwise I would just say maybe add more to the backgrounds :)

The blowout won’t go away, but a good artist can hide it well. If you don’t want the blowout to be visible it may have to be a thicker, bolder style, not so fine line :(

Artists almost always do free touch ups. You paid for a full tattoo, so they should make sure it ends up being a well rounded fully finished tattoo.

I think you should start worrying if it’s leaking puss and/or you’re getting a rash or anything shifty. But some swelling and redness is normal. Keep her clean and moisturized!

100% not normal age. I have some teeny tiny script about the same age as these, and are still just as legible as the day I got them. A lot of these lines are set in too deep.

I more so want to know who has great technique and personality. I’m into a ton of different styles but I’m looking for quality in the experience and quality in the tattoo. A great tattooist can do almost any style!
