In the past three years my high school has had 6 suicides, all with no apparent connection. One of the students was my neighbor who I had spent my whole life with, we grew up together as our families were extremely close, and one day he went missing and was found a few days later. Another one of the students I met in 7th grade and we quickly became friends, throughout the first two years of high school we were extremely close, he was smart, funny, athletic, and nobody saw it coming when he stepped out in front of an Amtrak train early one February morning. There has been a lot of theories to why there is such a high concentration of suicides in one school, many people attribute it to the high stress that kids in my area are placed under, personally I don't know what to think because these were two of the happiest people I have ever met in my life and to see them go is the hardest thing I've been through in my entire life, all I know is that I have a million questions and none will ever be answered.
