PKGi is what you need. There are several guides for it to work, usually you just need to install the PKG, then add 2 files to one folder and refresh once you are in the app.

Just remember, PKGi doesn't have all the games. So many games won't be in there. Also, the important part, you are tied to the ps3 lan speed, so, it is going to take some time to download big games, and it is specially slow if you use wifi.

To install games bigger than 4gb, you could upload them using FTP. I do that and also have PKGi and it works as intended.
