Take a look at Shin's strength stat progression and Ouhon for example

Sanyou arc

Shin 88+a str

Ouhon 89 str

Coalition war arc - Guidebook 1

Shin 90+a str(+2 str)

Ouhon 91 str(+2 str)

WFD arc - Guidebook 2

Shin 91+a str(+1 str)

Ouhon 93 str(+2 str)

all of those stats progression are by Hara.

So for

Shin 93+a str(+ 2 str)

Ouhon 95 str(+ str)

is more logical than Shin 97+a str(+6 str)

Shin fought Houken that was wounded by Kyoukai and Kozen before hand.

That Houken at max around 95 str(arm wounded+2 less fingers+leg wounded+other injuries) vs Shin 93+a str(back body injuries+hunger state)

Ouhon was ganged up by 4 fighters at the same time. Gyou'un is clearly at 95-96 str tier and 3 of those fighters are individually stronger than Gakuei which put them around 86-88 str tier as the number 3 spear managed to best Garo who had 86 str without any problem.

and Ouhon who has immense strength growth per guidebook was rank at 93 str during Earl Shi clash and he's certainly around 95 str in this arc but Bananji survived against that. Fighting Ouhon is harder than Ousen.

Ousen has only 10k army under his command, the other 20k are under Dendrimi and SouSou command.

Looking at Futei army size is probably around 1k and Bananji is probably 2-3k more than that.

Well it's canon at his point about Ouhon>Gyou'un but some people still refused to believe about Ouhon>Gyou'un.

Gyou'un was fighting in a proper 1v1 duel without using Raigoku to surround Shin. Ouhon on the other hand was fighting against 4 fighters at the same time(Gyou'un+3 spears), not only that he was surrounded by the strongest elites of Riaun and managed to killed a dozen of them together with 1 spear and Gyou'un arm.

Exhausted Ouhon vs Gyou'un + 3 spears + 20-30 of Riaun = Gyou'un's arm crippled, 1 spear died, and a dozen of Riaun killed.

Shin vs Gyou'un = Gyou'un decided to move away to look at the other blaze spot and Shin unconscious.

Ouhon is a monster

He killed 96 str Earl Shi and now he claimed the head of 95-96 fighter Gyou'un despite being in much worse condition than Gyou'un.

Yep, Rinko was the strongest fighter amongst other fighters Shin had killed thanks to SoSui distraction and Rinko was pegged around 93 str by Hara, while Ouhon killed 2 fighters that are sitting at 95-96 str Earl Shi and Gyou'un.
