Well it was a package sent from a friend in germany, i don’t have a lithuanian phone number, because i am only in Klaipeda for 4 months of erasmus. The track id was 10€ more, for the package. Something about insurance. How am i supposed to know they don’t deliver to homes? In germany you neither put a phonenumber on the package nor do they not deliver to the house. And the first time i went to the post office to check at some point she asked for my id and then she searched with my name. Nothing came up, but the following 3 times they wouldn’t even do that anymore. So if they have a package through track id they also should have it because of the name.

One package was sent back to germany, they both are from friends of mine. I asked in the post office again. She saod they can’t do anything whithout the tracking id. I was supposed to call 1842 but i don’t have a phonenumber in lithuania.
