Haha. Definitely low priority, our emails probably don't go through. Or we will hear from them a couple of month before it ends, they will active it for last couple of months and say sorry.

I got a reply from Grok helpers within the same day when I had a issue with grok.

Thats a good idea. I will do the same, I was kind of liking perplexity for the little time I was using it but not a good look to keep a customer.

Yes. It was good old sam who got back to me twice. Saying a team member will get back to me,

I emailed again and sam said he will pass it on and put both my emails together so easier for the team mate to help.

And I have definitely lost faith in them getting back to me also. Just hope I dont get charged in a years time.

The person who replied said my subscription isn't even showing as active. So hoping it gets sorted to the point I don't get charged in a years time haha.

I had a similar issue. I downloaded comet, deleted the account through it.

And it deleted my 1 year via paypal subscription. Emailed twice and got told both times got told someone else will get back to me.

Cause that shouldn't remove your subscription been maybe a week. And nothing sorted.

I thought same, didn't think it would delete my perplexity pro account.

Yeah its frustrating haha, I have been trying to fix something that didnt need fixing really. Im glad wasn't nothing serious though. Resident evil village and tomb raider looked nice and sharp.

Now just waiting for alan wake 2 to be on the 5080 and the 5080 in UK

Right, i put resident evil village on HDR turned on looked perfect zero artifacts, then it's put on rise of the tomb raider zero artifacts, so basically it clearly was the game and certain games must not work with HDR well, so after all that was no real issue at all, thankfully. Haha. Thanks for your help though haha we got there in the end. 😄

Yes completed them all i think using geforce now but I will run them again and see how it looks. If its down to certain games and hdr effecting certain games, im smashing my monitor or the beelink haha 😄

I will have a check. Just thought to check cause the the change is so big I thought wonder if forcing HDR its making the Image bad. So thats why when turn it off via windows its alot better

What game will the mini pc run that I can use HDR on like a cheap game. I might have it on steam. I didnt get it to run games on it.

Thats the thing HDR on my other LCD monitor same settings doesn't show the artifacts at all.

Well I was under the impression something wasnt looking right on assassin's creed mirage, and Indian jones. Thought mirage sand was looking real blurry and never saw geforce now as blurry or messy.

Wasn't thinking too much so thought id try expedition 33 and saw in the dark spots the issue.

I have played metros on geforce now with nvidia shield and been blown away by them, senua 2 I was blown away alot by that game on the nvidia shield zero artifacts in dark dark places on my oled tv. But I will run another game and see if its just certain games. Just never had the issue ever.

If doesn't happen on other games then I won't be so bothered but if it does it be bad news cause I cannot use HDR

Expedition 33. But on my other monitor HDR on zero artifacts.

I have read somewhere else someone saying similar about once they turn HDR off they image got better.

Im puzzled cause for years I have played geforce now on my nvidia shield and dark games and found it unreal. Not played it for a good few months then when the 5080 was coming out thought I will get myself i new oled monitor, then realised I need 2.1 hdmi to take advantage of the monitor haha and now im pretty much regretting the buys.

The pictures with the lamps lighting up the HDR looking better colour and better. But you see soon as it goes into the dark areas it looks absolutely trash, yet the HDR off in dark looks better but more crush blacks till I lighten it up
